*Day That Ended:** Market opened strong to correct on U.S warning that **
India** maybe the target of terror attack and they later clarified that they
don't have definitive information and markets recovered to close positive.

with positive advance to decline ratio higher delivery volumes.
International markets U.S markets closed negative Indian ADRs closed mixed

*Outlook Monday**: **Markets should open strong and there seem to be truce
in MIDDLEEAST which should boost the sentiment of international markets. **
** VOLTAS-ENGINEERSINDIA-GLENMARKPHARMA-IPCL-OPTOCIRCUIT-TNPL-TATASTEEL-HEROHONDA
would be few bullish stocks for the week. One should be stock specific and
invest in good long term growth stock and those would be stocks where u can
make good returns in short and long term. Value pick
GDL-BEML-ASTROMICRO-NELCO and in dips one can add EMCO-VENUS REMEDIES.*

* *

*STOCK TECH view: IPCL above rs.276 close would target is all time high at
rs.311 soon and 275 around levels is a triple top. TATASTEEL has given a
breakout and should target rs.560-565 or even more levels soon.
**VOLTAS**looks good for a big target investor looking for safe
returns can accumulate
for 15-20% in 2-3months. *

*Counter view: **This is my understanding of real estate markets take u r
own decision)** There was news that GOVT to curb registration of property
using power of attorney wat would be the effect of this in REALESTATE
market. Firstly this would stop laundering of black money, increase revenue
to state ¢ral govt, avoid excess speculation, put an end to so many
litigation and now we would discuss this in detail. Many real estate brought
are not registered the buyer jus takes a power of attorney which costs jus
few hundred rupees and he waits for a buyer to sell at higher levels so
stamp duty is evaded and income tax also as few sales are not shown
officially in the books now when the power of attorney is curbed then the
biggest loophole will be plugged and all transaction should go for
registration. This power of attorney normally can be cancelled without
informing power agent and this leads to many unwanted litigation. So wat
does govt aims to do by putting the curb 1) increase revenue 2) speculation
arrested 3) litigation avoided 4) put an effective end to money laundering
5) making housing affordable to real user. Housing bubble is wat many call
world over and the feeling is high that bubble in that sector would bust
soon and it would affect economy-
